The Seattle Mariners have limped to a start of 11-17, basically replicating their start to last season. There are a lot of reasons for clubs struggling, and no one player, manager or coach ever is the sole reason for a team’s success or failure.
But there’s always a goat, right?
Neither Robinson Cano nor Kyle Seager have been great, yet, but do their contracts make them more of a candidate?
What about the man in charge of pushing the buttons?
