Another full schedule down on the farm for the Seattle Mariners’ top prospects. Here’s how they the night went:

2019 Top 25: Justus Sheffield is No. 1

Class-A West Virginia — South Atlantic League

No. 2 — Jarred Kelenic, OF
SAT: 2-3
2019: .216/.370/.351, 2B, 8 BB, 12 SO, SB

Kelenic is now six for his last 12 with a home run. Perhaps this span marks the rest of the season for him.

No. 4 — Julio Rodriguez, OF
SAT: DNP
2019: .355/.429/.452, 3-2B, 3 RBI, 4 BB, 5 SO

Rodriguez was out Saturday after taking a pitch off his left wrist Friday. Reports surfaced Saturday that tests were negative, meaning no fracture, no break, and the fact he wasn’t plaaced on the IL suggests he’ll be back in the lineup relatively soon.

High-A Modesto — California League

No. 11 Cal Raleigh, C
SAT: 0-4, SO
2019: .182/.308/.273 HR, 4 RBI, 6 BB, 9 SO

Raleigh is two for his last 20, so a mini-slump for the former third-round pick to climb from as the month progresses.

No. 17 Damon Casetta-Stubbs, RHP
SAT: DNP
2019: 2.1 IP, 2 H, 0 ER, 2 BB, 3 SO

No. 23 Joey Gerber, RHP
SAT: DNP
2019: 2.0 IP, 0 R, 0 BB, 3 SO

UR Jake Haberer, RHR
SAT: DNP
2019: 3 G, 6 IP, 2 H, BB, 8 SO

Double-A Arkansas — Texas League

No. 5 Kyle Lewis, OF
SAT: DNP (weather)
2019: .222/.364/.556, 2B, 3B 2 HR, 7 RBI, 6 BB, 8 SO

No. 6 Evan White, 1B

2019: .290/.353/.548, 2B, 2-3B, HR, 6 RBI, 2 BB, 7 SO, SB

Triple-A Tacoma — Pacific Coast League

No. 1 Justus Sheffield, LHP
SAT:
DNP
2019:
4.2 IP, 3 H, 4 ER, 5 BB, SO, 2 HR

No. 8 Shed Long, 2B/3B/OF
SAT: 0-5, SO
2019: .359/.432/.513, 2B, HR, 4 RBI, 5 BB, 10 SO

No. 16 Braden Bishop, CF
SAT: 2-5, 2 SO
2019: .333/.435/.462, 5-2B, 7 BB, 9 SO

There’s nothing fake or small-sample about Bishop’s line, he’s earned every point in all three triple-slash categories. I’ve seen him robbed of hits three times in the last week and none of his hits have been cheap.

NOTE: J.P. Crawford — not of prospect status any longer but still one for all intents and purposes. The shortstop went 1-for-4 with a walk SATrsday and is batting .306/.390/.444 on the year.
