2019: .293/.354/.512, 2-2B, 2-3B, HR, 7 RBI, 5 BB, 10 SO, 3 SB

Marte will not be 18 until October, so like with Julio Rodriguez last year Marte is on pace to hit the states for full-season ball in 2020.

UR Luis Baez, RHS
FRI: DNP
2019: 2 GS, 8 IP, 7 H, 3 ER, 4 BB, 3 SO

Baez was my No. 25 prospect to start the year because the club lacked upside plays anywhere else, then the right-hander faded out of the ranking as some of the clubs winter adds established themselves, including McKay, Haberer and a few others.

He’s 6-foot-3 and 170 pounds, offering physical projection and he’s shown good ability to manipulate the baseball, both with a sinking fastball and with two different breaking balls and a changeup.

UR Yeury Tatiz, RHP
FRI: DNP
2019: 3 GS, 14 IP, 10 H, 3 ER, 2 BB, 17 SO

Tatiz stands a projectable 6-foot-3 and 178 pounds with some buggy whip in the arm action and stuff with promise, including a fastball up to 91 mph and a developing breaking ball. He’ll be 19 in November.
