ANALYSIS:  Dealing Narváez Benefits Promising Pitchers

FRI: DNP
2019: .306/.376/.551, 5-2B, 2-3B, 5 HR, 126RBI, 9 BB, 26 SO, 7 SB

Fraley already has set a career-high in home runs and despite a few too many strikeouts on the season, the 23-year-old has looked the part of a future major leaguer.

Fraley is 15 for his last 35 with four homers and four doubles. That’s mashing.

Tacoma Rainiers (AAA)– Pacific Coast League

No. 1 Justus Sheffield, LHS
FRI: DNP
2019: 22 IP, 15 H, 10 ER, 20 BB, 15 SO

No. 8 Shed Long, 2B/3B/OF
FRI: 1-1
2019: .271/.355/.449, 4-2B, 3-3B, 3 HR, 13 RBI, 14 BB, 27 SO

Long was pulled in the third inning, perhaps as a precaution to Ryon Healy’s injury. Healy was removed mid-game in Cleveland Friday. Long has started 13 games at third base for Tacoma this season, covering 112 2/3 innings. He’s made four errors.

UR David McKay, RHR
FRI:
