I am a big watcher of the minors and the next group that is headed to the pros. I like a few players to make an impact this year.
J. Gyorko 2BS.D.(pronounced Jerko)
D. Ruf OF Phi
K. Grausman SP Balt
A. Russell 2B Oak
M. Davidson 3B Ari
C. Archer SP T.B.
R. De La Rosa SP Bos
A. Romine C NYY
M. Zunino C Sea
J. Bradley OF Bos
K. Cowart 3B LAA
M. Semien SS ChiW
O. Arcia OF Min
C. Ashe 3B Phi
C. Gindl OF Mil
Eaton has a good OBP and did really blow it up last year. I am not 100% sold yet on him.
What do you think of the 2 Yankees R. Mustelier OF/3B and A. Garcia OF? They are both Cuban free agent gets.

There's a young centerfielder in Pittsburgh by name of Starling Marte, whom I think is capable of big things.
He's not without competition for a spot on his team, but he may force the issue, talent-wise.
It's hard not to see a lot of a young Mike Cameron in this guy. Maybe not so much power as what Cameron had (unsure of his ceiling there), but every BIT the speed and defense.

Marte made splash last year. Had him in my NL keeper league. been watching him play for a couple season's well on video anyways. He is a free swinger, if he could work on that part of the game. Marte could challenge McCutchen as the top dog. Marte can be a 20-20 guy at the least until those K's come down.

It is so gratifying to see that dipshit billboard salesman in Anaheim spend all his money on big names, and leave his minor league cupboard bare.
The sooner he fails, the better.

Marte is not rookie eligible. He has 180+ PAs. The limit is 130.

Also, Addison Russell is a shortstop and not near ready for the big leagues.

#4 In five years from now lets just say Angels have won one W.S. and made the playoffs 2 other times and we havent made any but we have the hope of prospects coming still what scenerio would you like better? Or even if they havent won a WS but made playoffs 3 times and we havent made any what team would you like to be? Thats a question not a prediction i just wonder why people hate teams so much because the spend there money the way they want to? If we had Steinbrenner in his day or Artie Moreno here i believe we all would be very happy Mariner fans wouldnt we knowing are owner cares and will spend to try and help his club win?

Been reading your stuff for awhile. St Louis always seems to have a youngster ready to contribute as a starter, reliever or role player. What do you think of them as a club that develops it's own?

Reason I put 2B for Russell is from everything I have read, the A's are looking for him to take over that position this year out of Spring. The teams appears to have lost confidence in Weeks and want Russell to take a step forward and play 2B. He may not be ready. Love baseball season!

Can't imagine Russell being ready for MLB until late 2014 at the earliest. Still, weirder things have happened. Not often.
I like Arcia with Minn. to see some time this season. As Marc states, the Twins spent the off-season taking a hammer to the OF so there seems plenty of opportunity there.
Also agree that Jackie Bradley in Boston is one to watch in 2014. Should get call-up in Sept. and is a natural in-house replacement for Ellsbury if/when he signs elsewhere. On the chance they trade Jacoby at the deadline, Bradley might get his shot earlier.
